In Fabricae offers you the option to return a product within 14 days, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will be required to provide the receipt sent to the email address you used when placing the order.
To initiate a return, please send an email to “returns@infabricae.com” specifying the order number of the product to be returned. We will contact you as soon as possible to provide instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items returned to us without prior return requests will not be accepted.

In Fabricae offers free return service only within the European Union and Switzerland. If you are outside these territories, return shipping costs will be at your own expense.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and verify its compliance, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded using your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and post the refund.
Damages and defects
We carefully check the quality of every product before each shipment.
However, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at “info@infabricae.com” if the item is defective, the package is damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will quickly assess the issue and work to find a solution that satisfies you.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards and personalized items that are part of the “Made to Measure” collection.
